Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled experience for a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. - Changes or reschedules requested within 24 hours of the experience cannot be accommodated. - All cancellation deadlines are based on the local time of the experience. - Experiences are subject to safe weather and ocean conditions. If we cancel due to weather, you'll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. - Some experiences require a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, you'll be offered the choice to reschedule, select another experience, or receive a full refund.
