1. General Terms

By booking a stay at Blue Heron Bridge Hotel & Dive Club (“the Property”), you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

 

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM

  • Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

 

3. Reservations & Payments

  • Full payment is required at the time of reservation confirmation.

  • A 4% credit card convenience fee applies to payments made at the property.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days prior to check-in.

  • 50% refund (minus applicable service fees) if canceled at least 30 days prior to check-in.

  • No refund for cancellations made 29 days or less before check-in.

 

5. Property Access & Visitor Policy

  • The dock, deck, and private sand beach are reserved exclusively for registered guests.

  • Each registered guest may have a maximum of two (2) visitors per day.

  • A $50 resort fee per visitor, per day will apply.

  • Management reserves the right to deny access to non-registered guests to maintain safety and quality standards.

 

6. Fees

  • $75 non-refundable cleaning fee per accommodation.

  • Additional fees may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations.

 

7. Occupancy & Age Requirements

  • Minimum age of primary renter: 18 years old.

  • Children are welcome.

 

8. Parking

  • One (1) complimentary parking space is provided per reservation.

 

9. Property Rules

  • Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

  • Events are allowed only with prior approval from management.

  • Guests must comply with all property rules and local regulations.

 

10. Liability & Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. The Property reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning as necessary.

 

11. Safety & Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in cases of policy violations, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior.

 

12. Modifications

Blue Heron Bridge Hotel & Dive Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
